Leadership and Management Project Management Assessor

Wales, field based (Home based) £30k - £30500 dep on skills and experience

Monday to Friday Full Time Permanent (Reduced hours considered)

Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is.

• To deliver Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy
• Support learners to progress through the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction
• Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure they progress through their programme in a timely manner and to ensure clarity and understanding for all parties; communicate progress and achievement of learner to the mentor and/or employer consistently throughout the programme;
