360, an online language school based in Toronto, is in search of a mid-level ESL Instructor who speaks Russian. The emphasis is on providing personalized lessons to self-driven adult learners. This role requires independence in lesson design and effective use of AI tools and resources to meet the individual needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging online instruction through an interactive platform

• Create tailored lesson plans for each student's goals

• Teach general ESL and exam preparation (IELTS, CELPIP)

• Manage 1:1 sessions and small groups of up to 6 students

• Track student progress and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven reliability in lesson scheduling and execution

• Fluency in Russian and strong English pronunciation

• Experience with ESL teaching and exam prep

• Proficient in using AI and online educational tools

• Ability to design personalized study programs for diverse learners
