Position: Learning & Development Specialist - Hybrid Role
Elevate employee development as a Learning and Development Specialist based in Toronto, Canada, for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role seeks a bilingual expert to craft and facilitate engaging training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with departments to assess training needs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development

• Experience in training design for adult audiences

• Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems preferred

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
