Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Academic Consultant. The role involves counseling and guiding students through their study abroad journey including university selection, admissions, and visa processes. The Academic Consultant will coach students on academic and career opportunities, maintain regular communication for personalized mentoring, and collaborate with team members to deliver tailored and comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will also contribute to sales initiatives by assisting in promoting consultancy services and engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications
Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex processes and provide empathetic support to students.
Solid background in Education, Consulting, and understanding of international academic systems and processes.
Experience in Coaching and mentoring with a focus on empowering students to achieve their academic and career aspirations.
Proven ability to contribute to Sales efforts by building relationships, engaging with potential clients, and promoting services effectively.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, tracking, and managing student relationships.
Knowledge of international educational pathways, particularly in the UK, is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
