Role Description
This is a part time remote based in Bengaluru for Swedish Online Trainers. The trainers will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored Swedish language training programs for learners from diverse backgrounds. Daily tasks will include designing engaging course materials, conducting interactive sessions, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners. Collaboration with other trainers and team members to continuously improve course content and address learner needs will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in the Swedish language, both written and spoken
Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivering training sessions
Experience in digital teaching tools and online training platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with learners
Prior experience in teaching or training role, particularly in language instruction, is preferred
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learner needs and skill levels
Bachelor's degree in Language Studies, Education, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of learning assessments and ability to track and measure learner progress
