In this leadership position, you'll manage the instructional design team, overseeing the development of effective learning strategies and solutions. Your responsibilities involve collaborating with clients and account leads to ensure high-quality, measurable outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle. Strengthening XA's methodologies, tools, and standards will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach instructional designers for impactful learning outcomes.

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of learning engagements.

• Partner with client leads to foster trust-based relationships.

• Enhance XA's learning methodologies and internal standards.

• Shape learning objectives and evaluation plans from client needs.
Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in instructional design and adult education.

• Experience managing or mentoring learning teams.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.

• Proven record in overseeing complex learning projects.

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced education preferred.
