Kandidat ideal memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang perpajakan dan lulusan S2 di bidang terkait. Kemampuan komunikasi dan pengajaran yang baik serta pengetahuan tentang kepatuhan perpajakan di Indonesia sangat diutamakan.
