Overview Join Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP as a Curriculum Developer focusing on agile learning experiences. This hybrid position targets the development and execution of legal curricula designed for emerging legal professionals.
Responsibilities Organize and oversee the legal curricula delivery process
Act as primary host to ensure seamless program execution
Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust based on feedback
Mentor presenters in adult learning principles
Ensure all programs meet organizational and CPD standards
Requirements Bachelors degree with 3 years in learning development
Familiarity with adult learning theories and project management
Skilled in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
Interest in educational technology is a plus
