Role Overview
The Senior Study Abroad Counselor will be responsible for counseling prospective students, evaluating academic and professional profiles, recommending suitable universities and programs, and managing the admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of multiple study destinations, excellent counseling and communication skills, and a proven track record of admissions guidance and student conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding international education opportunities.
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, programs, and study destinations.
Develop personalized admission strategies based on academic background, career goals, and budget considerations.
Guide students through application planning and submission processes.
Advise students on admission requirements, scholarships, funding opportunities, and visa procedures.
Maintain regular communication and relationship management throughout the admission cycle.
Own the student journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Stay updated with university requirements, admission policies, scholarships, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high - quality student outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and institutional partners.

Skills & Qualifications
3 - 8 years of experience in overseas education counseling.
Strong knowledge of multiple destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, or Europe.
Proven track record of lead conversion and student enrollments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of university admissions and visa processes.
Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
Experience working with CRM systems and counseling platforms is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.
