Empower job seekers as a Remote Career Success Coach with Correlation One. Engage with learners, track progress, and provide tailored career guidance in a fully remote setting.

Correlation One is seeking experienced Career Success Coaches to enhance our Expert Network. In this remote role, you will support a cohort of approximately 60 learners by conducting regular coaching sessions, participating in team meetings, and offering insights on job opportunities.

Your role is critical in helping learners navigate their career transitions and gain the confidence needed to succeed in a competitive job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with learners weekly

• Attend weekly meetings to discuss learner progress

• Track and record all learner interactions diligently

• Prioritize timely communication through Slack and email

• Grade and provide constructive feedback on deliverables

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required

• 2+ years in career development or coaching

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with remote coaching and job seeker guidance

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
