Central YMCA is seeking a passionate professional to guide apprentices through their horticulture and arboriculture qualifications. This national, remote role allows you to inspire aspiring horticulturists while managing an apprentice caseload effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Horticulture & Arboriculture qualification, relevant experience, and strong administrative skills. You'll deliver engaging training and ensure compliance and documentation are maintained.
