Company Description  The Artha-Niti Institute for Governance (ANIG) is an emerging Indian center for evidence-based, constitutionally grounded policy research, established in 2026 as a Public Charitable Trust and rooted in Jasrana, India. ANIG focuses on rigorous, nonpartisan analysis that connects India’s intellectual heritage with contemporary governance challenges. The institute conducts independent research across key domains including public finance, rule of law, agriculture, education, digital governance, urban infrastructure, health policy, and national security.

Guided by the values of truth, impartiality, service, integrity, and inclusivity, ANIG maintains political independence and financial transparency while nurturing future policy leaders through its fellowship and leadership programs.

Role Description  The College Programme Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jasrana, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves regular communication with students, faculty, and institutional partners, managing queries, onboarding participants, and maintaining high-quality support throughout each programme cycle.

The Coordinator will oversee programme logistics, track progress against goals, collect feedback, and assist with reporting and documentation. The role also includes contributing to programme design and improvement, supporting outreach and communications, and collaborating with internal teams to align college initiatives with ANIG’s broader mission.
