To provide first-line technical support and exceptional customer service to all college staff and learners, ensuring prompt resolution of routine IT issues and effective escalation of complex problems. This role serves as the primary point of contact and communication for digital services, delivering responsive support that enables effective teaching, learning, and administrative operations across all campus locations.
Responsibilities- Indicate your preferred language for all correspondence and interview arrangements (Welsh or English).

- Complete required pre‑employment checks prior to commencement, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
