At Able Personnel we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Hospitality End Point Assessor to join their expanding team based in Leeds and surrounding areas.
This is a home based Hospitality End Point Assessor role with travel required to carry out end point assessments and support apprentices and employers through their assessment journey. You will assess skills, knowledge and behaviours against apprenticeship standards and ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
As a Hospitality End Point Assessor, you will play a key role in planning, conducting and grading assessments in line with apprenticeship standards while maintaining compliance and quality assurance requirements.
What you will be doing:
• Carry out end point assessment planning meetings with apprentices and employers as an End Point Assessor Hospitality
• Agree assessment plans and schedules within required assessment windows
• Deliver assessment activities face to face and online for Levels 2 and 3
• Assess apprentice performance against standards and grading criteria
• Confirm final grades in line with assessment requirements
• Maintain accurate caseload records using internal systems
• Support compliance with Ofqual conditions and funding requirements
• Take part in standardisation and ongoing training
• Maintain occupational knowledge and continuous professional development
What we are looking for:
• Strong hospitality background across front of house and back of house operations
• Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment processes
• Confident using digital systems and online platforms
• Previous experience working as an Associate End Point Assessor Hospitality would be advantageous
Desirable:
• CAVA or equivalent assessor qualification
• Experience in end point assessment
• Experience supporting apprentices or learners in training environments
• Knowledge of funded training programmes
This Hospitality End Point Assessor role offers flexibility, purpose and the opportunity to use your hospitality experience to support learners through successful assessment outcomes while working on a contract basis to the end of August with potential extension.
