Role & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality online lectures and coaching for Medical/Pharmacy competitive and licensing exams
Use innovative, student-centric teaching methods (case-based learning, problem-solving, exam-oriented strategies)
Provide academic support and mentorship on subject concepts and real-world practices
Actively engage with students to clarify doubts and motivate consistent learning
Offer regular feedback and performance guidance to improve student outcomes
Collaborate with the academic and content team to design engaging, high-impact learning materials
Contribute ideas to continuously improve teaching delivery and digital education quality
Who Should Apply?
✅ MD Pharmacology
Teaching Experience Preferred
Industry Experience in Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Medical Writing, or Clinical Development is a Plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach effectively online
Confidence in front of camera for video-based teaching Tech-friendly mindset (LMS, Zoom, digital tools, content platforms)
Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students
