Position: Saskatchewan Online Educational Support Role
Support students from multiple campuses as an Online Educational Assistant with Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre starting August 31, 2026. Provide essential assistance to enhance student learning and well-being.

In this part-time position (6 hours daily), you will work directly with students who have varying intensive needs, guiding them in both academics and personal development.

Your role will require strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to adapting to students' changing requirements in a digital environment. Engage collaboratively with teaching staff to promote a supportive online learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students

• Maintain calm demeanor and collaborate with educational staff

• Document student progress and adapt support strategies

• Assist with the delivery of educational programs and services

• Encourage students to communicate and stay focused

Requirements:

• Completion of an Educational Assistant Certificate or related degree

• Proven experience in supporting learning challenges

• Excellent proficiency in computer applications and digital tools

• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats

• Energetic team player who promotes a positive learning environment
