Remote Learning Engagement Facilitator

As a Learning & Engagement Facilitator with Endeavour, you'll design and deliver dynamic training presentations that elevate our consultant volunteers. This remote role also emphasizes organizing activities that inspire community and learning.

Assisting the Learning and Engagement team, you will create compelling training workshops tailored to meet volunteer needs. The responsibility includes organizing both in-house and off-site events focused on team building and networking. Your research into relevant learning subjects will help ensure the curriculum reflects the needs of the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on engaging training presentations for volunteers

• Lead effective in-house and off-site team-building activities

• Develop and adapt the training curriculum as needed

• Conduct research to recommend learning topics

• Engage in additional projects that aid Endeavour's mission

Requirements:

• Previous involvement with Endeavour is a plus

• Proven experience in presenting and engaging groups

• Organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently

• Comfortable with remote work and digital tools

• Commitment to supporting Endeavour for at least two years
