In anticipation of upcoming projects, Correlation One is adding Career Success Coaches to its Expert Network. This position entails meeting with approximately 60 learners in regular coaching sessions and tracking their progress on career readiness. Your expertise in career development, along with your ability to foster relationships, will significantly enhance their learning experience and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular coaching meetings with learners

• Participate in weekly collaborative team meetings

• Monitor and track job search progress weekly

• Respond promptly to communications via Slack and email

• Provide feedback on career-related deliverables submitted by learners

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent

• 2+ years of professional coaching experience

• Strong communication abilities in English

• Proven track record of supporting adult learners

• Technical proficiency with remote tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
