We're looking for an organised and proactive Course Assistant to join our team and help deliver an excellent student experience across the KMMS medical programme.
Working closely with students, colleagues, external organisations and NHS partners, you'll be confident handling a wide range of enquiries, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accuracy when working with sensitive and frequently changing information. In this varied and busy role, you'll provide administrative and organisational support for key aspects of the curriculum including student enrolment and induction, assessments and examinations, patient engagement activities and programme evaluation.
Responsibilities- Supporting the Curriculum and Assessment team to deliver all administration associated with the organisation and delivery of the medical curriculum and student experience
- Supporting processing relating to assessment, examination and attendance monitoring in line with our policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate curriculum information on our student portal and virtual learning environment
- Entering and updating student, programme and assessment records
- Strong customer service experience and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with difficult or complicated queries that can require careful attention and tact to resolve
- Experience of taking your own initiative, and prioritising and managing time effectively
- Experience of working in a confidential environment

- 43 days' leave per year (personal leave, bank holidays and additional days allocated for the Christmas period, pro rata for part-time staff)
