Join our People Development & Education team and play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality learning that builds confidence, capability and impact across the organisation.
You’ll work with internal experts and external partners to develop engaging programmes aligned to organisational priorities, national frameworks and best practice – helping to create a positive, inclusive leadership culture.
From leadership development to wider training initiatives, you’ll support colleagues at every level to grow, thrive and lead with confidence.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
Main duties of the jobWork as part of the People Development & Education team to design, deliver, evaluate & contribute to the continuous development of INSPIRE, the Trust's Leadership & Management Development Programme.
Support the creation of a positive leadership culture across the organisation by planning, coordinating & facilitating high-quality leadership & management learning opportunities.
Collaborate with internal tutors, external partners and subject matter experts to ensure leadership and management education reflects organisational priorities, national frameworks and best practice.
Contribute to wider leadership & management learning, mandatory & statutory training & other developmental training activities, supporting staff at all levels to grow their capacity & confidence.
Advise & support team members in the absence of the People Development & Education Lead.

Qualifications and Knowledge- Educated to degree level in education or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles
- Knowledge of evidence-based education and learning techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of NHS
- Coaching and Mentoring qualification
- Experience of using ESR (Electronic Staff Record) or equivalent
- Practical experience of delivering successful education & learning initiatives to varied groups
- Previous experience of organising courses and events
- Experience of coaching
- Experience of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for managing a varied working week and for prioritising work independently to ensure that training commitments are fulfilled alongside associated administration
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Confidence in using technology to produce documents and manipulate data for input into reports
Confidence in using digital learning platforms and standard IT systems - Understanding of change management issues
- Able to work in accordance with the Trust's values and behaviours
- Committed to continual quality and service improvement
- Self‑aware and committed to continual personal development
- Ability to travel to geographical area
- Ability to move furniture & equipment
- Welsh speak (level
3) or willingness to work towards
