Lead Remote Health Care Assistant Diploma Program Coordinator

Enhance the HCA Diploma Program as a remote leader and coordinator. Ensure compliance, oversee curriculum quality, and support student achievement while collaborating with various stakeholders.

As a Program Coordinator, your leadership will be crucial in maintaining standards and implementing program improvements. This position includes coordinating with faculty and industry partners to facilitate successful educational experiences. While primarily administrative, an optional instructional role may be paired with this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HCA program regulations

• Guide curriculum maintenance to meet industry expectations

• Oversee program delivery including theoretical and practical components

• Collaborate with clinical partners for effective placements

• Track student progression and ensure program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Licensed as LPN, RN, or RPN in British Columbia

• Ability to effectively teach adult learners

• Minimum two years of Canadian nursing experience required

• Knowledge of current practices in community and residential care

• Required training in Indigenous cultural safety
