We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction. Partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence‑based instructional design principles and generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal SME’s and stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Apply principles of andragogy and evidence‑based instructional design to create engaging, learner‑centric experiences.
- Design and curate blended learning solutions using eLearning, self‑paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on‑the‑job activities.
- Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across delivery modes.
- Leverage generative AI tools—including designing and deploying custom GPTs—to support learning.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows for timely execution of initiatives.
- Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (e.g., GPT‑4).
- Experience prototyping and configuring custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
- Detail‑oriented, innovative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and passion for making learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
