Become a key contributor as a Senior Training Advisor, delivering specialized learning to engineering staff on CANDU Systems. Leverage your expertise for impactful training in a dynamic hybrid environment.
This role requires a Subject Matter Expert focused on advanced CANDU training for technical staff. You will not manage training administration, allowing you to concentrate on delivering engaging and informative sessions. Expected courses include Reactor Safety, Overall Unit Control, and CANDU Simulator training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training on CANDU Station Systems
• Educate on Principles of Nuclear Safety
• Lead courses on Systems Overall Unit Control
• Conduct sessions on CANDU Simulator usage
• Collaborate with training administration staff
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of CANDU systems
• Experience gained through academia or industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage technical engineering staff
• Capability to deliver complex material effectively
