codebar is seeking software developers to act as coaches in free programming workshops held remotely. As a coach, you will spend 2 hours paired 1-on-1 with students, helping them through tutorials or personal projects in languages like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and patience to facilitate a supportive learning environment.
