Lead impactful training as a Corporate Training Specialist in Windsor, ON, or Montreal, QC, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Foster skills development through innovative training methods.
This position focuses on transforming the contact center experience within a social mission-oriented organization. You'll deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, helping employees successfully navigate new technologies and process changes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will craft learner-focused training modules while assessing the effectiveness of your initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training courses
• Design and implement training curriculum for new systems
• Develop comprehensive training aids and eLearning tools
• Gather feedback and adjust training strategies accordingly
• Work with subject matter experts to align training initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in training or instructional roles
• Background in supporting process or system initiatives
• Proficient in conducting presentations to diverse learners
• High energy and flexibility in our dynamic work culture
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Power Point
