Position: Coordinator for BEd Online Programs
Lead program management for the BEd Online and BEd Skilled Trades Programs at the Faculty of Education in Fredericton, NB. This full-time role emphasizes student support and effective communication.

As the Coordinator, you will report to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, overseeing admissions, course roll-out, instructor recruitment, and student support for both programs. This important role requires a strong understanding of program requirements, proactive student engagement, and collaboration with various university resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BEd Online and Skilled Trades Education program delivery

• Advise students on course selection and academic planning

• Conduct regular student check-ins and provide support services

• Maintain student records and generate enrollment reports

• Manage admissions processes and organize virtual orientations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in undergraduate education program coordination

• Familiarity with UNB systems and education frameworks

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and patience
