Position: Expert Career Success Coach (Remote)
Become an Expert Career Success Coach with Correlation One and help learners navigate their career paths. This remote role centers around fostering career development through personalized coaching.

Correlation One is proactively seeking Career Success Coaches to join our Expert Network. In this role, you will work closely with a cohort of about 60 learners, guiding them through their career transitions by providing individualized coaching and support. Your commitment to tracking learner progress and identifying job opportunities will be essential for their success in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to learners' needs

• Participate in weekly instructional team meetings

• Track and manage learner engagement and job search efforts

• Maintain effective communication via Slack and email

• Evaluate and provide insightful feedback on submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-year degree or related experience

• At least 2 years of relevant coaching experience

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to deliver remote coaching effectively

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack usage
