Position: Field Enablement Assistant Remote USA
Support scalable programming with Calix as a Field Enablement Assistant. This remote role focuses on training, onboarding, and maintaining content workflows to empower sales and partner teams.

As a vital member of the Field Enablement team, you will help design and improve initiatives like onboarding experiences and certification programs. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, your organizational skills will ensure that all teams are equipped with the necessary training and tools for optimal performance. The role also requires an analytical approach to identify trends and enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training courses and onboarding materials

• Standardize enablement program structures across teams

• Support operations including tracking, reminders, and reporting

• Manage content libraries and ensure resources are current

• Track enablement engagement and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 3+ years in B2B, SaaS, or program support

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with content or learning platforms

• Comfort with AI and automation tools
