ServiceNow Trainer – delivery & remote

We’re looking for a certified Service Now Trainer to deliver freelance training sessions and exam support for learners in August
, with the potential for an ongoing, regular engagement
.

You’ll be delivering high-quality, engaging training to Service Now learners, helping them build both practical capability and exam readiness. This will include a mix of structured delivery and focused support sessions.

• Deliver instructor-led Service Now training to early career candidates (likely remote)
• Support learners preparing for Service Now certification exams
• Provide guidance on platform fundamentals, best practices, and real-world application
• Adapt delivery style to suit a range of experience levels
• Offer feedback and learner support to ensure strong outcomes

• Current Service Now certification (e.g., CSA, CAD, or relevant specialism)
• Proven experience delivering Service Now training or workshops
• Strong understanding of the Service Now platform and ecosystem
• Confident, engaging delivery style with excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting learners toward certification success
