Chef Lecturer Location: Essex Salary: £34,000–£36,000 per annum Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Think FE are working with a well‑established, highly regarded college in Essex to recruit a passionate Chef Lecturer to deliver City & Guilds Level 2 Culinary programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department that offers a healthy work‑life balance, with 23 hours of teaching each week and the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Deliver City & Guilds Level 2 Culinary programmes
Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory sessions
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Support students to achieve their qualifications and career goals
Contribute to a positive and collaborative teaching team

Qualifications & Experience

Experience teaching within Further Education
Teaching and assessing qualifications
Experience delivering culinary or professional cookery programmes
A passion for developing learners and helping them succeed
