About the RoleWe are looking for exceptional support staff to assist and develop students in our Inclusive Learning department. This hands‑on role involves providing technical support, supervision and instruction to groups or individuals, under the supervision of the lecturer, with a focus on assisting students with SEND.
Responsibilities- Providing technical support, supervision and instruction to students, overseen by the lecturer.
- Demonstrating skills to small groups or individuals as requested by teaching staff.
- Qualified to, or working towards at least Level 2 qualification in construction.
- Keen to inspire the next generation of young people into construction.
- Passionate about giving every young person an opportunity.
- Relevant industrial experience and prior experience sharing skills in an educational/training environment.
