Sardis Doorway Children’s Program Leader

Empower early childhood development at Sardis Doorway for Mothers & Children Society. This part-time role emphasizes planning, curriculum, and volunteer involvement for ages 0-5, with some remote work.

The Children’s Program Coordinator will be integral in developing engaging programs for infants to age five. Your responsibilities encompass volunteer mentorship, safety compliance, and curriculum selection, ensuring every program aligns with Sardis Doorway's mission. Engaging with families is core to promote growth and resource-sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a vibrant program that nurtures children (birth to age
5)

• Supervise and mentor childcare volunteers effectively

• Select and implement play-based development curriculum

• Provide support and resources for mothers

• Organize farm field trips and arrange childcare for events

Requirements:

• Spiritual maturity and passion for family ministry

• Background in Early Childhood Education or similar

• Experience in leadership and program management

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Flexible work hours, including occasional offline planning
