Position:
Part-Time Chinese Curriculum & Education Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and enhancement of curriculum materials for Primary School programmes
Design and create worksheets, lesson resources, assessments, and teaching materials
Review, edit, and improve existing curriculum content
Conduct educational research and compile learning resources
Support lesson planning and curriculum improvement initiatives
Assist in the preparation of holiday programme materials and enrichment resources
Complete assigned projects according to established timelines and quality standards
Perform other curriculum and education-related tasks as assigned by the Centre Management

Requirements

Diploma, Degree, or currently pursuing studies in Education, Chinese Language, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong written communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines
Prior experience in teaching, curriculum development, worksheet creation, or educational content development will be an advantage

Work Arrangement Flexible Assignment-Based Engagement

Hybrid Work Arrangement Available

Offsite/Centre-Based Work Required (Minimum 2–3 Days Per Week)

Flexible working hours based on project assignments and deadlines

Combination of work-from-home and centre-based collaboration

Suitable for students, freelancers, aspiring educators, and curriculum developers

Remuneration Hourly Rate: $12 – $20 per hour

Rate will be based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and scope of work assigned.
