Position: Temporary Online Learning Educator Role
Become part of School District 71 as a temporary Online Learning Teacher for Grades 10-12 in Comox Valley. This role enhances education through online courses in English First Peoples Writing and Social Justice for a diverse student body.

In this 0.80 FTE position, you will deliver advanced online curricula while blending instructional techniques for comprehensive student engagement. You'll be part of an inclusive team committed to empowering learners across the province. Working collaboratively with students and educational partners will be a key focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain online learning resources for secondary students

• Facilitate personal learning through innovative online instruction

• Employ assessment for learning practices effectively

• Collaborate on course adaptations for diverse learning needs

• Provide one-on-one tutorial support both online and on-site

Requirements:

• Experience in online teaching or training in educational technology

• Strong knowledge of English First Peoples Writing and Social Justice
