Role Description  This is a full-time Counsellor role based in Bharatpur, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some flexibility for work from home. The Counsellor will guide prospective learners in selecting suitable courses and job-assured programs based on their interests, skills, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person, over phone, and online), explaining program details, clarifying queries, and supporting learners through the admission and enrollment process.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with the training and placement teams, and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and information sessions. The Counsellor will be expected to maintain a supportive, professional, and inclusive approach while interacting with a diverse learner base.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills to counsel learners effectively and build trust.
Ability to assess learner needs, interests, and aptitudes and guide them toward appropriate IT, banking, and related programs.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
Comfort with hybrid work, proficiency in basic computer applications, and ability to use phone, email, and online meeting tools for counseling.
Customer service mindset with a professional, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach toward learners from diverse backgrounds.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in counseling, education, psychology, or career services is an advantage.
Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, training institutes, or education sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams (training, placement, administration) to ensure a smooth learner experience.
