Job Description:

Designs and develops learning experiences that translate complex technical and operational knowledge into clear, engaging, and effective training programs. The role works closely with subject-matter experts, product, and engineering teams to identify learning needs, structure content, and build curricula that accelerate capability development at both individual and organisational level. Requires 5+ years of instructional design experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality learning programs in technical or fast-moving product environments.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify learning needs with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
Design and structure curricula, courses, and learning materials.
Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Measure learning effectiveness and iterate on programs.

Qualifications &

Experience:

5+ years of instructional design experience.
Strong command of instructional design methods (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
Experience with authoring tools and modern learning technologies (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, LMS platforms).
Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear learning content.
Strong writing and content-structuring skills.

Nice to Have (Not Obligatory):

Experience designing training for technical or engineering audiences.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
Exposure to EdTech products.
