In this full-time role, you'll report to the Assistant Manager of Learning & Development. You'll design, schedule, and facilitate engaging training programs, ensuring they align with Western's values. Additionally, you will conduct needs analyses and monitor program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in employee skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate classroom, web conferencing, and e-learning programs
• Create engaging training materials to enhance employee connection
• Conduct training needs analyses for effective learning initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and updates
• Design training benchmarks and cost assessments
Requirements:
• Level 2 Insurance License required
• 2 years experience in the Insurance Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Post-secondary degree or diploma related to Adult Education
• Experience as a coach or trainer to team members
