Role Description   The Online Phonics Teacher at Raynira Kids Academy will deliver structured phonics lessons to young learners, focusing on letter sounds, blending, decoding, and early reading skills. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves planning and conducting interactive online sessions, preparing lesson materials, and assessing learner progress regularly. The teacher will maintain detailed records of student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with other educators, communicating with families about learner progress, and participating in training or staff meetings to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
