Reporting to the Education Manager, lead a team of educators to deliver a variety of training duties, providing leadership support and escalation for both local and service-wide delivery.

Reporting to the Education Manager, be responsible for devising, delivering, monitoring and reporting on training and development courses for onboarding, Education Day delivery in their counties and coordinate all requests for additional education or training.

Represent the Education Team in county-based leadership teams and be the single point of contact for educational work streams.

Provide a link between operations and education for teams-based working and ensure timely response is provided to those seeking educational support.

Provide clinical supervision for Lead Practice Educators.

Monitor student and apprentice progress within their county in partnership with the Practice Education and Apprenticeship teams.

Act as the main point of contact for advanced technical help and advice relating to education.

• Relevant BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent
• Cert Ed or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Significant post-registration experience as a Registered Health Care Professional
• Clinical Supervision
• ALS Provider
• ALS Instructor
• PHTLS Instructor
• Management or Clinical Leadership qualification
• Working towards post-graduate level qualification such as MSc
• EPALS ProviderCAVA or IQA Qualification
