Role Description  The Computer Science Tutor – Online will provide live, interactive instruction to K–12 students in computer science and related subjects, using CreateNLearn’s curriculum and platforms such as Scratch, Python, Minecraft, or Roblox. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging online classes, guiding students through coding projects, answering questions, and offering constructive feedback to support learning progress. The tutor will monitor student performance, communicate with parents or guardians as needed, and maintain accurate records of sessions and outcomes.

This is a remote contract role, requiring reliable internet access and a professional online teaching environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Programming skills suitable for teaching K–12 learners.
Proficiency in Mathematics concepts relevant to introductory and intermediate computer science topics.
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of varying ages.
Prior experience in Tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students in STEM or related disciplines.
Comfort with online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and interactive learning technologies.
Patience, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with platforms such as Scratch, Python, Minecraft, or Roblox for educational purposes is an advantage.
