Role Description  As a Scratch Tutor – Online at CreateNLearn, you will teach interactive Scratch programming classes to students of varying ages and skill levels in a virtual classroom setting. You will guide learners through project-based lessons, help them build games and animations, and explain core coding concepts in a clear, engaging manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, delivering live online sessions, providing feedback on student work, answering questions, and adapting your teaching style to different learning needs.

You will collaborate with the CreateNLearn team to follow curriculum guidelines, use educational platforms and tools effectively, and maintain a supportive learning environment. This is a remote, contract role that offers flexible teaching opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency with Scratch programming and familiarity with project-based teaching using platforms such as Minecraft or Roblox.
Demonstrated ability to explain coding and technology concepts clearly to K-12 learners, with engaging communication and classroom management skills.
Experience teaching or tutoring in online environments, including comfort with virtual classroom tools, screen sharing, and interactive activities.
Background in computer science, education, STEM, or a related field; prior work with youth programs, camps, or after-school classes is beneficial.
Reliable high-speed internet, a suitable device for live instruction, and availability to teach classes during after-school hours or weekends.
