Key Responsibilities:

• Enable the sustainment of learning from strategic initiatives

• Design and maintain relevant learning materials and toolkits

• Embed learning assets into enterprise platforms

• Design onboarding experiences reflecting organizational values

• Provide detailed learner support and track training initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in learning support roles

• Strong grasp of adult learning methods

• Familiarity with LMS and virtual environments

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
