Online Adult Education Instructor Position

The ideal instructor will facilitate learning, develop resources, and assess assignments while adhering to adult education principles. Candidates should have substantial experience in online teaching and a strong subject matter knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead courses on Conflict Management and foster student engagement

• Develop instructional resources like videos, screencasts, or podcasts

• Facilitate online discussions and provide timely feedback

• Utilize Brightspace for course management and instruction

• Liaise with program staff and uphold course standards

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Adult Education or equivalent required

• PhD or EdD preferred with active research agenda

• Recent online teaching experience in adult education

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

• Knowledge of adult education literature and principles
