Senior Instructional Designer

Position: Senior Instructional Designer Hybrid Role
Join CAA Club Group as a Senior Instructional Designer to create impactful learning solutions in a hybrid environment. This role focuses on adult education principles to support Associates and enhance Member experience.

As a seasoned designer, you will work closely with internal clients to assess their training needs and develop tailored programs. Your expertise will allow you to create dynamic materials for live facilitation and self-directed learning, leveraging modern technology to facilitate knowledge building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define training solutions

• Design engaging materials for various learning platforms

• Deliver live training sessions and develop online modules

• Apply adult learning principles for outcome-driven designs

• Stay updated on learning technology advancements

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field and Adult Education certification

• At least 5 years of design experience with large-scale programs

• Strong background in online learning development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• French language skills are beneficial
