Relationship and Implementation Manager
Job Description & How to Apply Below
About First In Math® First In Math (FIM) India is dedicated to advancing innovative math education programs created by American inventor Robert Sun, impacting over 37 million students worldwide. FIM has successfully completed 10 years in India and is a subsidiary of the US organization that was founded in 1988.
The company offers the online math program designed by Sun, with patented scientific game-design to give a hands-on experience of math to students in Pre-K to Grade 8. The mission is to build excitement and love for math that enhances logical reasoning, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills – the seeds of AI.
The Role We are looking for a dynamic, people-first professional to join our India team as Relationship & Implementation Manager . You do not need to be a mathematician or a teacher — what matters is your confidence, energy, and genuine ability to inspire and train others. If you can walk into a room (or a virtual call) and get teachers, students, and parents excited about learning, this role is for you.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client acquisition and client success and requires a balance between education and relationship management. You will be the face of FIM for schools across the West zone, helping them implement the program to its full potential and driving measurable outcomes for students.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for prospective schools — online and in-person — helping leads understand the value of FIM and guiding purchase decisions.
• Deliver professional development and training for teachers, equipping them with everything they need to implement the program confidently and effectively.
• Run motivational sessions for students and parents (online and in-school) that spark engagement, excitement, and sustained activity on the FIM platform.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with principals, teachers, and administrators at client schools to ensure renewal, retention, and program success.
• Drive program visibility at the school level — with teachers, decision-makers, and parents — creating advocates for the FIM program.
• Coordinate with schools on program usage, operational support, and performance-based recognition activities; escalate complex queries to senior colleagues as needed.
• Analyze and report on school performance data to share insights with supervisors and proactively address usage gaps.
• Visit schools in the West zone as needed to accelerate activity and deepen on-ground relationships.
What We’re Looking For
• Confident communicator and trainer — you can hold a room, lead workshops, and adapt your style to diverse audiences: teachers, principals, students, and parents.
• Motivated self-starter — results-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Relationship builder — you understand people’s needs and goals, meet them where they are, and provide support that makes a genuine difference.
• Future-forward thinker — you proactively identify opportunities to increase program usage and engagement, and you bring creative ideas to the table.
• 5–7 years of experience in the education, EdTech, training, or client success space.
• Teamwork – to collaborate for greater outcomes, and respect for colleagues is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferably background in Education, EdTech, Communications, or a related domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and elements of various School Curriculum - are an advantage.
Why Join Us
• Make a tangible difference in how students experience and relate to math.
• Work with a globally proven program used in over 10K schools worldwide.
• Hybrid role with flexibility — blend of in-person and remote work.
• A fulfilling career with creative and strategic scope.
• An opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the vast community of education beneficiaries and stakeholders of India.
If you’re someone who energizes the people around you and believes every student can love math — we’d love to hear from you.
