Position: Critical Reading and Writing I - Remote
Enhance your teaching career by leading ENGL 100-013, a remote course focused on critical reading and writing for Fall 2026. Engage students through synchronous online instruction and effective assessment techniques.

The University of Regina is seeking an instructor for the critical reading and writing course to facilitate student learning in both literary and non-literary contexts. This role requires the development of lecture materials, assignments, and assessments. You will also hold virtual office hours to support student progress and ensure adherence to teaching regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective synchronous online instruction

• Prepare comprehensive lecture materials and assignments

• Conduct timely assessments and virtual office hours

• Ensure compliance with Faculty of Arts regulations

Requirements:

• M.A. or higher in English or M.F.A. in Creative Writing

• Minimum twelve 3-credit courses taught for Sessional Lecturer II

• Evidence of teaching effectiveness required

• Familiarity with online teaching tools required
