Salary: From £160 per day PAYE (dependent on experience)

Prebook Recruitment is partnering with a number of highly regarded primary schools across Harrow, providing flexible supply opportunities for teachers who enjoy variety, work‑life balance, and the chance to teach in different school environments.

Whether you're looking for one or two days a week, full-time supply, or hoping to secure a longer‑term placement, we’ll match you with schools that suit your experience, preferences, and availability.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons that ensure learning continues seamlessly during staff absences.

Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to work with a range of schools, build valuable experience, and develop lasting relationships within the local education community.

• Delivering high‑quality lessons using pre‑prepared plans
• Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
• Adapting quickly to new schools, classes, and teaching environments
• Supporting pupils' learning while maintaining high expectations
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff at the end of each assignment
• Following each school's safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom procedures
• Acting as a positive role model for pupils at all times

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Are confident teaching across different primary age groups
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Can adapt quickly to new environments and routines
• Are professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
