Paragon Skills is seeking a Quality Improvement Coach to enhance quality assurance in Adult Care qualifications. You will work remotely but may travel occasionally for meetings. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement across the learner journey, coaching tutors, and analyzing performance data.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and have relevant qualifications in Adult Care, alongside a passion for fostering high educational standards.
Salary is up to £34,000 per annum and includes various employee benefits.
