We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Lecturer to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding English provision to a diverse range of learners, including full-time 16–18 year olds on vocational programmes, adult learners, and apprentices.
We’re looking for someone with:
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners of all abilities.
A strong understanding of the barriers to learning and strategies to overcome them, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
A genuine passion for making a difference to students’ progress, achievement, and future pathways.
