The Job!

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design and develop engaging online learning and training programs
• Lead user research, feedback sessions, and training initiatives
• Create learning materials, user guides, and support documentation
• Drive user adoption and readiness for new tools and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Monitor feedback and continuously improve learning resources

What you bring to the job

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or training
• Experience with Technical Writing, creating SOP’s, using Storyline, writing for online learning, train the trainer experience, creating reference guides
• Experience developing e-learning programs using LMS and adult learning principles
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Learning & development certifications and experience with professional education or certification programs are considered assets

Expected Compensation: CAD $50.00 - $53.00 per hour.
